When do I pay you
for my website or design work?
Our payment process is
very simple:
Websites - We ask for a
25% up front payment to show commitment, we then
design your website up to the point we are happy
it can go "live". We ask for full payment to
enable the website to go live.
Design work - Low value
design work we will design until complete and
ask for payment to release a printable version.
Brochure work and packages will require a 25%
initial payment and payment upon completion.
I do not have many
images & pictures for my business?
We suggest that you
take pictures relevant to your business whenever
an opportunity arises as your own pictures will
provide a copyright genuine appeal. We can
source out free pictures that can be used, or
paid for pictures where we will pass on any
costs. We can also provide a picture service
upon request.
How long does it
take to design a website?
A 5 page
basic website
can normally be done within 2 weeks.
How long does it
take to design?
Most
design work can be
done within 5 days, except brochures where 7-14
days is more realistic. If you need design work
in a hurry talk to us as we have turned work
around within 12 hours.
Are there are
ongoing costs for my website?
Yes - you will need
hosting for your
website to be live, we can provide this at an
affordable rate with the bonus of some included
hours committed to your website every month.
