Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the methodology for getting a website
to rank higher with the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo &
Bing in organic searches. This does NOT include pay per click as
this is paid for inclusion. Organic means the search engines list
your website near the top based purely on its relevance to what was
being searched.
It
takes time and a proper SEO strategy to get a website to perform
near the top of the searches for the top keywords, it has become
very competitive. Also Google the main search engine (80% of all
searches) changes how it picks websites to keep everything fresh.
This means SEO has to a be an ongoing project.
We
provide a good starting level of SEO with all of our websites, this
alone has caused many to be ranked highly. We can also provide an
SEO plan to existing websites that are just not getting any results.
